Returns and Refund Policy

Quality Assurance We are committed to delivering top-quality products. If you find the product quality unsatisfactory within 30 days of receipt, please contact us promptly. Our team will investigate and determine the best resolution. Should our quality assurance team validate your claim, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not feasible or if you prefer a refund, kindly specify that when contacting us.

Please be aware that due to the nature of printing, complete color consistency is not always achievable. Factors such as machine type, paper type, room humidity, and machine maintenance can influence the final result. Any color variations resulting from these factors are within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

Damaged or Defective Products If the received products are damaged, defective, or if there are discrepancies in quantity, we will cover the costs of replacement. This does not include issues resulting from the quality of content provided by the customer.

Lost Orders For packages lost in transit, contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will arrange for a replacement order to be sent out to you.

Return Policy As our products are personalized, we do not support returns. If you wish to place a new order, the costs of the new order will be borne by you.

Returned to Sender Policy For orders returned to sender, please place a new order. Contact us so we can arrange for a refund for the cost of the returned product. You will be required to cover the shipping cost for the new order.

Incorrect Address If an address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of. If you wish to place a new order with an updated address, the cost of the new order will be borne by you.

Unclaimed Orders If your shipment goes unclaimed and is returned, please place a new order. Contact us so we can arrange for a refund for the cost of the returned product (you will still have to cover the shipping costs).

Rejected by the Recipient If the recipient refuses the shipment during delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of. Should you wish to submit a new order, the cost of the new order will be borne by you.
